Ensembl GeneSpliceView
Introduction
Ensembl 'GeneSpliceView' provides a display of all Ensembl transcripts for one gene. Protein domains and motifs are aligned in the graphical display.

Ensembl transcripts for one gene are drawn alongside the genomic assembly (blue bar). Also displayed are Ensembl EST transcripts, ncRNAs (non-coding RNAs), and protein domains and motifs from ProSite, Pfam, SUPERFAMILY and PIRSuperfamily. Shaded brown vertical lines/rectangles correspond to each exon in the gene. They are carried down the page so that protein domains and motifs can be immediately lined up with exons. This view is not customisable.
