Ensembl FastaView
Ensembl 'FastaView' displays sequences in plain FASTA format. It is mainly used to show sequences and associated details for features external to the Ensembl core databases. Typical items include microarray probe set sequences and features annotated via the 'Distributed Annotation System' in Ensembl 'ContigView' and 'CytoView' DAS tracks.
The search box at the top of the page allows you to search for any identifier present in Ensembl. For detailed instructions see the Ensembl 'TextView' page.
